ALL CLEARANCE / Special SALE items are FINAL SALE.
In accordance with Federal Health Codes and Laws, all intimate apparel, novelties, adult toys, vibrators, and marital aids are not returnable. Adult toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only. Be Bazaar will not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects.
All returns or exchanges require prior authorization within 10-days. Please use contact us form to submit a return request.
Should you have a defective novelty item, please contact us (add link to contact page) prior to shipping the item back to return address. Let us help you with a replacement if approved. Items received in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be refused.
Items that cannot be returned for any reason:
- Opened or used intimate apparel
- Condoms
- Lotions
- Lubricants
- Supplements
We offer a 10-day return/exchange policy for new factory sealed and unused merchandise.
All returns or exchanges require prior authorization within 10-days. Returns with an odor, damaged, or are without original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser with no refund or store credit.
Refunds
Credits will be charged back to the original method of payment. It takes approximately 5-15 business days for credits to appear on your statement.
Refunding Shipping Charges
- If you receive the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return related shipping charges.
• If you are returning an item for any reason other than the ones stated above, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
